What is Four Crystals?

Four Crystals is my take on J-RPG for the tabletop, it is heavily inspired by Mausritter by Isaac Williams and the Final Fantasy series of video games.

The Basics

• Three Attributes, Brawn, Agility and Willpower
• d20 roll under
• No attack rolls, just damage rolls
• Simplified abstract turn-based combat using Rows
• Progression through Jobs
• Time, resource and inventory management

Goblin Cave

Also Included is Goblin Cave, a zine with the basic rules, limited character creation and an adventure, easy to prep and play. You can also use the pre-made characters to speed up the process.
